Washington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson practiced Thursday on a limited basis due to his shin injury.

Gibson sat out Wednesday’s practice due to the ailment.

Gibson missed practice time last week because of the injury and was listed as questionable for Washington’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. But he played in the 34-30 victory and rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries and also caught two passes for 12 yards.

Overall, Gibson has rushed for 253 yards and one touchdown and has 11 receptions for 107 yards and one score this season.

The second-year pro rushed for 795 yards and 11 touchdowns last season. He also caught 36 passes for 247 yards.

Four Washington players missed practice and three were receivers — Curtis Samuel (groin), Dyami Brown (knee) and Cam Sims (hamstring). Guard Brandon Scherff (knee) also sat out.
