Supermodel Kate Moss is set to appear as a witness for Johnny Depp. The two dated from 1994 to 1997. Kate will take the stand this coming Wednesday. Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for $50 million and Amber Heard is counter suing Johnny for $100 million.
There was a rumor that Johnny Depp threw Kate Moss down the stairs -but this is only a rumor. Various sources say the rumor is completely untrue.
Attorneys for Johnny Depp say it’s a big mistake to call Kate Moss because they will try to impeach her because Moss has been supportive of Johnny Depp.
The case is set to wrap up by this Friday.
