Detroit Lions running back D’Andre Swift is active for Sunday’s game against the visiting Washington Commanders.

Swift was limited in practice Friday with an ankle injury and had been listed as questionable. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday.

Swift, 23, rushed for a career-best 144 yards on 15 carries with a touchdown in a Week 1 loss against Philadelphia.

Detroit listed seven players as inactive for Sunday: defensive linemen Austin Bryant and Demetrius Taylor, guard Jonah Jackson, center Frank Ragnow, cornerback Amani Oruwariye, safety Ifeatu Melifonwu and tight end James Mitchell.

For the Commanders, defensive tackle Jonathan Allen is active after dealing with a groin injury this week. Inactive for Washington are quarterback Sam Howell, safety Kam Curl, cornerback Tariq Castro-Fields, defensive tackle Benning Potoa’e, tight end Cole Turner and guards Chris Paul and Wes Schweitzer.
