Five-star edge rusher Trenton Henderson committed to LSU’s 2026 recruiting class, choosing the Tigers over Southeastern Conference rivals Florida and Texas.

The Pensacola (Fla.) Catholic standout is ranked No. 4 at his position, No. 5 in the state of Florida and No. 28 in the nation by 247 Sports.

The 6-foot-4, 225-pound Henderson is the second five-star commitment in coach Brian Kelly’s 2026 class, joining wide receiver Tristen Keys from Hattiesburg, Miss.

As a junior in 2024, Henderson collected 50 tackles (18 for loss) with 10 sacks and 20 quarterback hurries across 10 games.
