LSU guard Adam Miller, who transferred from Illinois in the offseason, is expected to miss the entire 2021-22 season after tearing his ACL in practice.
Miller confirmed the reports Wednesday on Instagram Live and in a tweet.
“I was raised to get through every situation possible. … I’ll be back,” he said.

Miller was pegged as a key cog in a revamped LSU backcourt this season. He averaged 8.3 points and 2.8 rebounds in 31 starts for Illinois as a freshman in 2020-21. He averaged 25.5 minutes per game for the Illini.
Miller was part of the under-19 Team USA team that won gold in the 2021 FIBA World Cup over the summer.
