NBA2K: 76ers GC rally past Wizards District Gaming at NBA 2K League’s Slam Open

76ers GC overcame a 2-1 deficit to pick up a 3-2 win against Wizards District Gaming on Sunday in group play for the NBA 2K League’s Slam Open.

The 76ers opened the matchup with a 23-20 victory before falling 22-19 and 21-12. But 76ers GC recovered, prevailing 22-17 and 23-15 to improve to 2-2 in group action.

Daniel “DT” Tlais had 10 points on 5-of-5 shooting in the final game for the 76ers.

In other action Sunday, Magic Gaming swept Hornets Venom GT 3-0. After a 27-25 win, the Magic pulled off a 22-15 victory and wrapped up the shutout with a 23-11 showing.

Ashton “LowkeyGodlike” Agredano scored 12 of Magic Gaming’s 23 points in the finale.

Group play concludes on Monday, when Raptors Uprising GC takes on Hawks Talon GC. Bracket play for the event is scheduled for Thursday and Friday and March 13-16.

The NBA 2K League 3v3 season continues with the Switch Open (March 20-April 6) and the Steal Open (April 19-20). The playoffs are set for April 24-27 in Washington.
