
Utah Jazz point guard Keyonte George agreed to a five-year, $157.5 million rookie-scale contract extension, multiple outlets reported Friday.
George, 22, averaged 23.6 points, 6.1 assists, 3.7 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 54 games (all starts) with the Jazz during the 2025-26 season. He finished third on the team with 134 3-point field goals.
George set career highs in field-goal percentage (45.6), 3-point percentage (37.1) and free-throw percentage (89.2) last season.
Since being drafted by Utah with the 16th overall pick in 2023, George has averaged 17.2 points, 5.3 assists and 3.4 rebounds in 196 games (133 starts). He made the NBA All-Rookie second team in 2023-24.
