The Miami Heat traded center Dewayne Dedmon to the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday.

The Heat are also sending a 2028 second-round pick to the Spurs in exchange for cash considerations.

Dedmon, 33, previously played with San Antonio — one of his seven NBA teams — during the 2016-17 season.

The 7-footer is averaging 5.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 11.7 minutes in 30 games off the Miami bench this season.

Dedmon has career averages of 6.4 points and 5.8 rebounds in 507 games (209 starts) since entering the league as an undrafted free agent with the Golden State Warriors in 2013.
