The St. Louis Cardinals postponed Tuesday night’s game with the visiting Kansas City Royals due to inclement weather.

The contest will be made up Wednesday with a split doubleheader at Busch Stadium, with the first game starting at 12:45 p.m. CT and the nightcap at 6:45 p.m. CT.

The Cardinals (48-42) have won two straight and four of their last five games. The Royals (49-43) have dropped four of their last five.

This is a two-game interleague series, with both teams scheduled for a day off on Thursday.
