MLB: Pirates recall RHP Miguel Yajure from Triple-A

The Pittsburgh Pirates recalled Miguel Yajure from Triple-A Indianapolis and reinstated fellow right-hander JT Brubaker from the paternity list.

Left-handers Eric Stout and Cam Vieaux were optioned to Indianapolis to make room on the 26-man roster for Wednesday’s series finale in Milwaukee.

Yajure, 24, is 1-0 with an 8.16 ERA in seven games (one start) this season with Pittsburgh.

Brubaker, 28, is 3-11 with a 4.39 ERA in 24 starts.

Stout, 29, has no decisions with one save and a 4.61 ERA in 14 relief appearances for the Pirates.

Vieaux, 28, made his MLB debut in June and owns a 10.38 ERA and no decisions in eight games out of the bullpen.
