Inclement weather in Minneapolis continued to wreak havoc on the series between the Cleveland Guardians and Minnesota Twins on Tuesday, as the resumption of Monday’s suspended game and Tuesday’s regularly scheduled game were both postponed.

The American League Central rivals are slated to resume the suspended game on Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. local time, with the Twins leading 2-1 in the top of the fourth inning. Wednesday’s scheduled game is set to begin approximately 30 minutes after the suspended game ends.

Tuesday’s scheduled game will be made up as part of split doubleheader on Sept. 20, starting at 1:10 p.m. The game scheduled for Sept. 20 is set to begin at 7:10.

Right-handers Tanner Bibee (3-4, 4.06 ERA) of the Guardians and Joe Ryan (4-2, 2.42) of the Twins are listed as the starting pitchers for Wednesday’s scheduled game.
