The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled right-hander Michael Grove from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday and optioned right-hander Andre Jackson.

Grove is scheduled to start Wednesday’s series finale against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Phoenix. The game comes one day after the Dodgers clinched their ninth National League West title in the last 10 seasons.

Grove, 25, has three appearances (two starts) with the Dodgers this season and has delivered a 4.82 ERA in 9 1/3 innings. In 19 appearances (17 starts) at two different minor league levels this season he is 1-5 with a 3.79 ERA over 76 innings.

Jackson, 26, has made one appearance with the Dodgers this season, going two scoreless innings Sunday against the San Diego Padres. In four major league appearances over the last two seasons, he has a 1.98 ERA in 13 2/3 innings.

The Dodgers made a number of changes for Wednesday’s post-clincher lineup, including rest for first baseman Freddie Freeman, right fielder Mookie Betts, shortstop Trea Turner and third baseman Justin Turner. Freeman had started the club’s first 141 games.
