
After an investigation by The Crown Protection Service found that celebrity actor Kevin Spacey – “House of Cards” star has been charged with four counts of sexual assault. The charges are from an original allegation in London and Gloucestershire that occurred between 2005 and 2013.
Kevin Spacey has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent,” the Crown Prosecution Service said with the four counts of sexual assault of the three men.
Kevin Spacey’s incremental win in a New York civil case on Thursday morning did not make matters any better for the actor when the British court ruled on the most recent charges.
The events of sexual misconduct happened with one complainant in London in March 2005, and a second complainant in London in August 2008. There was a third complainant in Gloucestershire in April 2013. At the time, the of the incidents Spacey was the artistic director of the Old Vic theater in London.
The Crown Prosecution Service said, Mr. Spacey charges are active and he has the right to a fair trial.
