Gaimin Gladiators continued a dominant start to the season, having previously won the Lima Major and last month’s DreamLeague Season 19. They defeated Team Liquid in the grand final each time.

Liquid overcame a 39-minute setback on green to 9Pandas by posting a 42-minute win on red and a 22-minute victory on green.

The second Dota major of the season began April 26 in Berlin with a prize pool of $500,000.
