Gervonta Davis will put his WBA lightweight title on the line against challenger Frank Martin in the late spring or early summer of this year, ESPN reported Tuesday.

Davis has not fought since April 2023, when he beat Ryan Garcia by TKO to improve to 29-0 in his career. He’s held the WBA lightweight belt since 2019 and successfully defended it four times.

The date and location for Davis’ fight against Martin (18-0) have not been finalized, but ESPN reported the bout will headline a pay-per-view on Prime Video.

Last May, Davis was sentenced to 90 days of home detention and three years of probation in Baltimore circuit court for his role in a 2020 hit-and-run.

Martin was supposed to fight WBC lightweight title-holder Shakur Stevenson last fall but pulled out.
