Blac Chyna’s Revenge Porn Suit Against Rob Kardashian Will Go To Trial

On Thursday, celebrity Rob Kardashian’s petition to enforce a settlement between him and celebrity Blac Chyna in her revenge-porn lawsuit against him was refused by a Los Angeles County judge, forcing the matter to go to trial.

In her lawsuit alleging Rob Kardashian of posting ‘revenge porn’ naked photographs of her online after they split up, the reality star apparently won her battle to take him to court.

This ruling is a significant victory for Chyna, who is still stinging from her April setback to the Kardashians, when a jury in her $108 million defamation lawsuit against the billionaire family gave her no damages.

Rob, her co-star on the reality program ‘Rob and Chyna’ and the father of her five-year-old daughter Dream, has stated that the two negotiated a settlement deal in May and that she dismissed her complaint against him. His lawyer, Todd Eagan argued that the settlement Chyna now claims she did not sign was really agreed to by Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani via email on May 23.

According to Ciani, Rob Kardashian has never apologized for his vengeful conduct of posting Chyna’s [non-consensual photos] in July 2017. He was never charged criminally. And now it was time for him to face justice in a court.

Kardashian’s lawyers claimed in a document filed earlier this month that Chyna suggested she would drop her case if the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star helped her get out of a separate lawsuit filed by Justin C. Jones — her former buddy.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum had posted the graphics as part of the exes’ dramatic breakup following the termination of their engagement. One video Kardashian shared appeared to show Chyna in bed with another man, to which he remarked that Chyna had sent him the video, indicating that she required assistance.

Just days later, Chyna filed a restraining order against her ex-fiancé.
Robert Shapiro, the attorney who represented Kardashian at the time, apologized on his client’s behalf.

According to the petition, the celebrity claimed that the nude photo scandal and Kardashian family interference were to blame for the cancellation of Rob & Chyna, her E! reality program with Kardashian.
