The “Britney vs Spears” documentary is out on Netflix on Tuesday, September 28, but you’ll have to wait till midnight PT and 3 a.m. ET to see it . Framing Britney Spears was the first document about her life was released back in February in co-production with The New York Times and Left/Right Productions.
Britney reports that much of the first documentary, was untrue. “It’s really crazy guys … I watched a little bit of the last documentary and I hate to inform you but a lot of what you heard is not true !!! I really try to disassociate myself from the drama,” Britney posts. She could be talking about “Controlling Britney Spears” documentary but did not specify which one she was talking about in particular.
In Framing Britney Spears, her former assistant Felicia Culotta and other people close to her with with knowledge of the conservatorship, were interviewed, but it is not known if Britney vs Spears Netflix will have any people being interviewed on Britney vs. Spears.
The documentary will explain circumstances that surrounded the conservatorship the Celebrity Grammy award winner has been under for 13 years. It will present the fight she had to go through just to be removed from her father’s control.
