Brazil’s Corinthians got a late winner from captain Gabi Zanotti to defeat NWSL side Gotham FC 1-0 in the semifinals of the inaugural FIFA Women’s Champions Cup on Wednesday in London.

Corinthians will face home favorite Arsenal Women FC in Sunday’s championship match after the club delivered a decisive 6-0 victory over Morocco’s ASFAR in the second semifinal. Stina Blackstenius, Frida Maanum, Mariona Caldentey (penalty shot) and Olivia Smith scored in the first half, and Blackstenius’ replacement Alessia Russo scored twice in the second half for Arsenal.

The winning team will take home $2.3 million and the runner-up team $1 million.

Zanotti’s counterattack beat goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger in the 82nd minute and Gotham couldn’t find an answer, managing only two shots on goal in the match.

Gotham lost forward Gabi Portilho to an apparent foot injury early in the second half, and team captain Rose Lavelle left with an injury during stoppage time.

Gotham will face ASFAR in a third-place match on Sunday.
