
Alex Killorn had a goal and two assists for the Anaheim Ducks, who came from behind to defeat the Utah Mammoth 4-1 on Friday night in Salt Lake City.
Ryan Poehling had a goal and an assist while Lukas Dostal made 29 saves for the Ducks (38-27-4, 80 points), who have won two of their past three games and five of their past nine (5-3-1). Anaheim also took two of three against Utah in the season series.
Dylan Guenther scored the lone goal for the Mammoth (36-28-6, 78 points), who defeated the Vegas Golden Knights on the road 4-0 on Thursday night. Vitek Vanecek made 20 saves.
Guenther gave the hosts the early 1-0 lead at 1:48 of the first period. Sean Durzi set up the goal with a cross-ice pass, and Guenther scored on a slap shot from down on one knee.
Poehling tied it 1-1 at 13:37 when he caught a breakaway on the penalty kill and scored on a wrist shot.
Utah outshot Anaheim 14-5 in the first period, with the Ducks not having their first shot on goal until 11:53.
The Ducks took a 2-1 lead at 9:09 of the second period on a snap shot by Killorn.
Cutter Gauthier scored into an empty net with 1:36 remaining in regulation to make the score 3-1. Poehling set Mikael Granlund up for a wrist shot into the empty net with 55 seconds left in the game to secure the 4-1 final score.
