Brendan Sullivan, who has played for two Big Ten programs, announced Thursday that he will continue his college career at Tulane.

Sullivan posted a picture of himself in a Tulane uniform on social media with the word “committed.”

Sullivan was part of the Northwestern program for three seasons before moving on to Iowa for the 2024 campaign. He passed for 475 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions and rushed for 150 yards and four touchdowns last season for the Hawkeyes.

Sullivan missed the final two regular-season games due to an ankle injury before returning for the 27-24 loss to Missouri in the Music City Bowl. He completed 14 of 18 passes for 131 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

Following the season, Iowa landed highly regarded Mark Gronowski of South Dakota State in the transfer portal. The NFL prospect is expected to be Iowa’s starting quarterback in 2025.

During his time at Northwestern, Sullivan redshirted in 2021 before passing for 1,303 yards, 10 touchdowns and five interceptions as a spot player over the ensuing two campaigns. He also rushed for 257 yards and three scores.

Tulane also has added transfer quarterback TJ Finley from the portal this offseason. The Green Wave is the fifth school for Finley, who played one season at LSU, two at Auburn and one apiece at Texas State and Western Kentucky.

However, Finley was suspended earlier this month after being arrested while allegedly being in possession of a stolen truck. His attorney said that Finley was a victim of an online scam and was unaware the vehicle was stolen.
