Warriors Gaming Squad made it back-to-back championships on Saturday, beating Celtics Crossover Gaming 2-0 to win NBA 2K League’s The Turn event in Washington.

Last month, the Warriors won The Tipoff event, the first of the three NBA 2K League tournaments that lead up to the final league playoffs later this month.

On Saturday, the Warriors used dominating first quarters in both games to earn the sweep. In Game 1, they led 11-6 after the first and outscored the Celtics in every quarter en route to a 63-42 win. Charlie “CB13” Bostwick led the way with 24 points and seven assists, while Nidal “Mama Im Dat Man” Nasser chipped in 15 points.

In the second game, the Warriors led 17-9 heading into the second quarter, didn’t win another quarter but still won 69-64. CB13 scored 25 points and Mama Im Dat Man added 16. Jaden “Nay” Bhopal scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Enrique “630” Xavier Barraza led the Celtics with 37 points in the two games.

The Turn, which carries a $160,000 prize pool, is the second of three tournaments that lead up to the NBA 2K League 5v5 Playoffs that run June 26-29. The final tournament, The Ticket, will be contested from Tuesday through June 22.
