Heat Check Gaming traded Abdafatah “TBShiftay” Noman to T-Wolves Gaming on Tuesday in exchange for the 11th overall pick in the 2022 NBA 2K League Draft.
TBShiftay, a small forward, was Heat Check’s first-round pick (No. 13 overall) in the 2020 draft.
TBShiftay played in 28 games (all starts) for Heat Check during the 2021 regular season and averaged 7.1 points, 1.8 steals and 1.4 assists while making 65.3 percent of his shots (57.4 percent from 3-point range).
T-Wolves Gaming’s roster stands at four players ahead of the draft. Point guard Michael “BearDaBeast” Key, center Malik “Slaughter” Leisinger and shooting guard Dhwan “ShiftyKaii” White are remaining with the team.
