Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star center Jarrett Allen fractured a finger in Sunday’s game and will be out indefinitely, The Athletic reported.

Allen left the game in the first quarter in Cleveland’s victory over the Toronto Raptors and did not return. He also took a knee to his quad in the game, suffering a bruise, the announced reason for him leaving the game.

Allen, 23, finished with six points, two rebounds and two blocks in 10 minutes.

Allen earned his first All-Star nod this season and is averaging career highs in both scoring (16.1) and rebounding per game (10.8). He is the Cavs’ second-leading scorer on the season. He’s also averaging 1.3 blocks per game.

The Cavaliers entered Monday as the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 37-27 record. They sit three games out of the play-in tournament. The Cavs play at Indiana on Tuesday night.

The Cavs also lost Collin Sexton and Ricky Rubio to season-ending knee injuries earlier in the campaign.
