The Los Angeles Lakers waived forward Cam Reddish and converted guard Jordan Goodwin from a two-way deal to a standard NBA contract on Thursday.

Reddish, 25, averaged 3.2 points and 17.8 minutes in 33 games (eight starts) this season with the Lakers.

The former lottery pick has career averages of 8.5 points and 2.7 rebounds in 254 games (116 starts) with four teams. That includes the Atlanta Hawks, who drafted him 10th overall in 2019 out of Duke.

On a standard deal, Goodwin now becomes playoff eligible. He has appeared in 19 games (five starts) this season for the Lakers, averaging 6.4 points and 3.9 rebounds in 20.5 minutes.

According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, Goodwin’s new deal includes a team option for the 2025-26 season.

Goodwin, 26, owns career averages of 6.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 140 games (25 starts) with four teams since going undrafted in 2021 out of Saint Louis.
