Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum, Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson and the legendary Vince Carter will adorn the covers of the latest NBA 2K25 series of video games.

Tatum will be on the cover of the standard edition, Wilson will represent the game’s WNBA version and Carter will be the face of the Hall of Fame edition. NBA 2K25 will be released on Sept. 6.

“Dreams do come true,” Tatum wrote on social media.

Tatum, 26, averaged 26.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game in 74 regular-season starts before adding 25.0 points, 9.7 boards and 6.3 assists per game in Boston’s 19-game romp through the playoffs.

Tatum was an All-NBA first-team selection for the third straight year and has been named to five All-Star Games. He has spent his entire seven-year NBA career in Boston and has career averages of 23.1 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists per contest over 513 games.

Wilson, 27, is a two-time league MVP, five-time All-Star and two-time WNBA champion.

She is averaging 27.0 points and 10.9 rebounds in 20 games (all starts) this season. She has contributed 20.6 points and 8.9 boards in 209 career games (208 starts) with the Aces.

Carter, 47, is a member of the Hall of Fame’s Class of 2024.

An eight-time All-Star and the 1998-99 Rookie of the Year, Carter is the only player in NBA history to compete in four decades. The 1998 first-round pick retired after the 2019-20 season with 25,728 points in 1,541 games with eight NBA teams.
