The postponed match between the Los Angeles Galaxy and host Houston Dynamo has been rescheduled for Sept. 6, both teams announced on Saturday.

The originally scheduled match for Friday was postponed due to inclement weather in the Houston area that made the field unplayable.

The start of the match was delayed more than four hours before it was called.

The Dynamo (7-11-6, 27 points) are in 11th place in the Western Conference and the Galaxy (3-14-7, 16 points) are last in the 15-team conference.
