The Detroit Tigers placed outfielders Austin Meadows (vertigo) and Victor Reyes (quad strain) on the 10-day injured list Monday after they both left Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Orioles.

The team called up outfielder Daz Cameron and right-hander Alex Faedo from Triple-A Toledo to take their spots on the roster.

Meadows, who had missed three games last week with a sinus infection, departed after one inning Sunday with nausea and dizziness. Meadows Tigers manager A.J. Hinch said that Meadows would see a doctor Monday in Florida, where the Tigers are in town to play the Tampa Bay Rays.

Reyes had just returned from a stint on the IL with a left quad strain when — legging out a double on his first at-bat, he sustained a right quad strain and had to be replaced with a pinch-runner.

Meadows, who hit 27 home runs last season, hais batting .267 with 11 RBIs and has yet to homer in 28 games the season. Reyes is hitting .292 with an .804 OPS and four RBIs in 26 plate appearances.

Cameron is batting just .188 in 54 career games with the Tigers since coming over from Houston in the Justin Verlander trade in August 2017.

Faedo (0-1, 3.60 ERA) has completed five innings in each of his two starts with the Tigers this season.
