The Boston Red Sox reinstated right-hander Isaiah Campbell from the 15-day injured list Thursday and optioned him to Triple-A Worcester.

The 26-year-old reliever landed on the IL on April 12 with a right shoulder impingement.

Campbell made six rehab appearances at Worcester and allowed zero earned runs in 6 1/3 innings.

He made seven appearances out of the Boston bullpen before the injury and went 0-1 with a 12.79 ERA.

Campbell is 4-2 with a 4.63 ERA in 34 career games (no starts) with the Seattle Mariners (2023) and Red Sox.
