Michael Conforto had three hits and an RBI and LaMonte Wade Jr. added two hits and an RBI to lift the host San Francisco Giants past the Philadelphia Phillies, 4-3, on Tuesday.

Blake Sabol contributed two hits, while Joey Bart hit an RBI double and Thairo Estrada chipped in with an RBI single for the Giants, who have won two straight.

San Francisco starter Alex Cobb lasted only 3 1/3 innings and allowed five hits and two runs with a season-high five walks and three strikeouts. Cobb entered the game with a 1.70 ERA, which led the National League among qualifying starters.

Taylor Rogers (1-2) earned the win with a scoreless inning of relief.

Camilo Doval allowed a solo homer to Kyle Schwarber with two outs in the ninth inning, but still earned his 10th save in 11 chances.

J.T. Realmuto had two hits and two stolen bases but struck out to end the game. Kody Clemens added two hits for the Phillies, who have dropped three in a row.

Bryson Stott hit an RBI single for Philadelphia, which went 1-for-11 with runners in scoring position.

Phillies starter Zack Wheeler (3-3) gave up nine hits and four runs with eight strikeouts and one walk in six innings.

The Phillies loaded the bases with two outs in the second, but Stott flied out to left to end the threat.

The Giants then went ahead 2-0 in the third when Estrada hit an RBI single to center and Conforto added an RBI single to left.

In the fourth, the Phillies tied the game at 2 after Stott hit an RBI single and Clemens was then forced home following a balk called on Cobb. Stott’s hit snapped an 0-for-28 skid with runners in scoring position for the Phillies.

San Francisco took a 3-2 lead in the fourth when Bart hit a high popup near first, but Clemens appeared to lose sight of the ball. Stott ran over and made a diving attempt, but kicked the ball and Casey Schmitt raced home. Bart was credited with an RBI double. Wade then contributed an RBI single for a 4-2 lead.

Alec Bohm popped out to first to strand runners at second and third to end the seventh against Tyler Rogers.
