Ozzie Albies, Ronald Acuna Jr. and Eddie Rosario hit solo homers and scored two runs apiece as the visiting Atlanta Braves completed a doubleheader sweep by edging the Detroit Tigers 6-5 on Wednesday.

Orlando Arcia had two hits and drove in two runs for Atlanta, which has won nine of its last 11 games.

Michael Harris II and Acuna combined for seven RBIs in the Braves’ 10-7 opening-game victory.

Reliever Collin McHugh (3-0) set down all nine batters he faced, striking out four, to pick up the victory. Joe Jimenez set down all five batters he faced, and A.J. Minter got the final out for his 10th save.

Braves starter Dylan Dodd gave up five runs in four innings.

Jake Rogers hit a three-run homer for the Tigers, who have lost 11 of their last 12 games. Andy Ibanez and Matt Vierling also homered.

Detroit starter Michael Lorenzen (2-4) gave up all six Braves runs and nine hits in six innings.

The Braves scored a run in the first. Acuna walked and moved to third on Matt Olson’s single. Austin Riley’s sacrifice fly brought him home.

Albies made it 2-0 in the next inning with his 15th homer, a two-out shot over the right-center-field wall.

Acuna’s monstrous blast over the center field wall in the third was also his 15th long ball this season. It traveled an estimated 461 feet.

Ibanez put the Tigers on the board with a two-out homer over the left field wall during the bottom of the inning.

Atlanta extended its lead in the fourth. Rosario reached on a bunt single and Albies doubled to put two runners in scoring position. Arcia followed with a two-run single to left to make it 5-1.

Detroit erased the Braves’ advantage in the same inning. Vierling led off with his fifth homer. Jonathan Schoop had a single and Miguel Cabrera walked before Rogers lofted a Dodd slider over the left field wall to tie it.

The Braves regained the lead in the sixth when Rosario lined a homer over the right field wall.
