Danielle Kang will miss additional time on the golf course after being diagnosed with a tumor on her spine.

Kang, 29, announced she will not participate in the Amundi Evian Championship (July 21-24) as well as the Trust Golf Women’s Scottish Open (July 28-31). She did not rule out the AIG Women’s British Open at Muirfield on Aug. 4-7.

She played the Women’s US Open after revealing the medical issue, saying back pain plagued her since April.

“My team consists of the most amazing people I’ve ever worked with and they are doing all they can to get me back competing as soon as possible,” Kang wrote.

Kang is a six-time winner on the LPGA Tour, including the 2017 Women’s PGA Championship. She is currently No. 15 in the Rolex women’s world golf rankings.
