G2 Esports plan to sign support Raphael “Targamas” Crabbe when League of Legends free agency opens Nov. 16, Dot Esports reported Saturday.

The 21-year-old Belgian player will replace Mihael “Mikyx” Mehle, who held the European team’s support position since late 2018.

Targamas is under contract with the French League of Legends side Karmine Corp. until Nov. 14.

Saturday’s report said G2 and Targamas are already working out the terms of his contract, including salary and the length of the deal.

G2 are coming off a fourth-place finish at the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) 2021 Summer Split. The 2022 Spring Split gets underway on Jan. 14.
