In a matchup of undefeated Group A teams to open Week 6, Cloud9 downed Team Liquid 2-0 on Saturday to improve to 3-0 at the LTA North 2025 Split 2 of the League of Legends tournament in Los Angeles.

Shopify Rebellion picked up their first win, taking down 100 Thieves 2-1 in Group B play. FlyQuest is the only team at 2-0 in Group B.

Eight teams competed in positioning play — a round-robin format in which each team plays the other seven once. Each match was one map and the results determined Groups A and B for the group phase, which began April 26 and runs through May 18.

Following group play and one week of cross-group battles, the top six teams will advance to the best-of-five, double-elimination playoffs on May 24-June 15.

The total prize pool is $160,000, with $80,000 going to the winner and $40,000 to the runner-up. The winner also receives entry into the Mid-Season Invitational and the winner and runner-up qualify for the Esports World Cup.

On Sunday, FlyQuest (2-0) take on Dignitas (1-1) in Group B, and LYON (0-2) face Disguised (0-2).
