DOTA: PSG.LGD GM says roster will remain intact

After a run to the grand final at The International 10, PSG.LGD will bring back its entire squad for the 2022 Dota Pro Circuit.

General manager Pan “Fei” Fei made the announced Monday on social media. He wrote that he met team members earlier in the day and they unanimously agreed to return. He added that the club would “stay with everyone for at least one year.”

The China-based squad consists of four Chinese players, Wang “Ame” Chunyu, Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida, Zhao “XinQ” Zixing and Zhang “y'” Yiping as well as Malaysia’s Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang

PSG.LGD went 7-1-0 to win Group B in The International 10, then won its first three playoff matches to reach the grand final. In the title match on Sunday, Russia’s Team Spirit won the first two maps, PSG.LGD took the next two level the score, but Team Spirit won the decisive fifth map.

Fei wrote, “Sitting in the office and watching the game with friends, I felt like a world away, sad, wanting to cry but at a loss.”

He admitted, “I wanted to resign,” but decided against it.

Before reaching the TI10 final in Bucharest, Romania, PSG.LGD won the WePlay AniMajor in June and came in second at the ESL One Fall in August.
