CSGO: IEM Katowice to feature $1M CS2 prize pool

Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024 will take place in Poland from Feb. 9-12, and will feature the first $1 million prize pool in Europe since Counter-Strike 2 launched in September.

Twenty-four teams will compete live at the Spodek Arena, with confirmed teams including G2 Esports and FaZe Clan.

IEM Katowice will also included a $500,000 standalone Starcraft II competition, and the event will again feature the IEM Expo.
