CSGO: Heroic, Team Liquid qualify for Blast Premier Fall Finals

Heroic and Team Liquid punched their tickets to next month’s Fall Finals with victories Sunday at the Blast Premier Fall Showdown.

Heroic swept OG and Liquid swept MAD Lions. In addition to qualifying for the Nov. 24-28 event in Copenhagen, Denmark, Heroic and Liquid each took home $30,000 from the $162,500 prize pool and 1,500 Blast Premier points.

Heroic won 16-12 on Inferno and 16-11 on Overpass. Rasmus “sjuush” Beck led the all-Danish Heroic lineup with 47 kills and Casper “cadiaN” Moller had a team-high plus-16 kills-to-deaths differential.

Liquid won 16-9 on Nuke and rallied from 10-4 down to win 16-13 on Inferno. Canada’s Keith “NAF” Markovic led Liquid with 48 kills and a plus-21 K-D differential.

OG and MAD Lions each earned $16,250 and 625 points.

1-2. $30,000 — Heroic, Team Liquid
3-4. $16,250 — OG, MAD Lions
5-8. $10,000 — Dignitas, Complexity Gaming, Virtus,pro, G2 Esports
9-16. $3,750 — POGGERZ, Team Fiend, MIBR, paiN Gaming, 9z Team, Movistar Riders, Evil Geniuses, Lynn Vision Gaming
