Jamaica (2-0-1) advances to the knockout stage against the winner of Group D on July 9 in Cincinnati. The United States, which shut out Trinidad and Tobago 6-0 on Sunday, won Group A to move to the quarterfinals by tying Jamaica with seven points (2-0-1) while holding the goal-differential tiebreaker (plus-12 to plus-8).

On Sunday, goalkeeper Julani Archibald of St. Kitts (0-3-0) scored an own goal in the 30th minute to give its opponent a head start.
