New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara expects to return in Week 5 after sitting out last week, but quarterback Jameis Winston and star wideout Michael Thomas missed practice Wednesday.

All three missed last week’s loss to Minnesota in London. Kamara (rib) practiced Wednesday but was limited, while Winston (back/ankle) and Thomas (foot) are still ailing.

“Last week (against Minnesota) was kind of up in the air, didn’t go,” Kamara said Wednesday. “This week, I’m feeling great. Healthy. Ready to roll, so I’m going to be out there.”

The Saints need a spark — they’ve lost three in a row. And they need the five-time Pro Bowl running back to catch fire. Kamara has 100 yards rushing and zero touchdowns in two games.

Further, the Saints’ leading rusher in Week 4 — Latavius Murray — is now a member of the Denver Broncos, who signed the vet off the Saints’ practice squad earlier this week.

Andy Dalton continued taking first-team reps at quarterback Wednesday. Dalton threw for 236 yards and a touchdown against the Vikings in place of Winston.

“The only update is he’s still rehabbing and right now, the plan is, I want to get him healthy,” Saints coach Dennis Allen said of Winston. “We’ll see where he’s at. He’s getting better. We’re just trying to get him healthy.”

Thomas was off to a hot start, hauling in 16 catches for 171 yards and three TDs in three games. But he still has rehab left on his ailing toe.

Wide receiver Jarvis Landry (ankle) and tight end Taysom Hill, who scored a touchdown last week, were listed as limited in practice. Hill is also battling a rib injury.

The Saints (1-3) host the Seattle Seahawks (2-2) on Sunday.
