Afreeca Freecs are undergoing a massive roster overhaul after finishing sixth in the 2021 LCK Summer Split.

The team announced it has parted ways with jungler Jin-Hyeok “Dread” Lee, mid laners Yong-jun “Fly” Song and Joon-cheol “Keine” Kim, bot laner Jun-sik “Bang” Bae and Support Si-woo “Lehends” Son. Also gone are coaches Earl “Rigby” Han and Tae-yoo “LirA” Nam.

“Today, we part ways with Coach Rigby, Coach LirA, Dread, Fly, Bang, Lehends, Keine,” the team tweeted Monday. “We’d like to thank them for their contribution, and ask for your support on the way to their future. Thank you.”

Keine had been moved from Afreeca Freecs to the team’s AF Challengers roster in February.

The only remaining players on the roster as free agency began were top laner Gi-in “Kiin” Kim, bot laner Gyeo-re “Leo” Han and bench Support Do-yeong “MapSSi” Kim. Leo and MapSSi joined the organization earlier this year, while Kiin has been with Afreeca Freecs since December 2017.
