Jordan Eberle scored a pair of third-period goals as the Seattle Kraken rallied for a 5-3 victory against the visiting Winnipeg Jets on Thursday night.

Vince Dunn had a goal and two assists, Kaapo Kakko and Eeli Tolvanen also tallied and Matty Beniers had two assists for the Kraken, who improved to 5-1-3 at home. Goaltender Philipp Grubauer, starting for the injured Joey Daccord (upper body), made 23 saves.

Mark Scheifele had a goal and an assist and Alex Iafallo and Kyle Connor also scored for the Jets, who dropped to 1-4-0 on their six-game trip that wraps up Saturday at Calgary. Connor Hellebuyck stopped 13 of 17 shots.

Trailing 3-2, the Kraken tied it on the power play at 4:11 of the third period. Tolvanen’s slap shot from the top of the right faceoff circle beat a screened Hellebuyck.

Seattle took its first lead at 7:21 of the period. Mason Marchment won a battle for the puck in the right-wing corner and sent it back along the boards to Beniers at the top of the faceoff circle. Beniers spotted a wide-open Eberle at the far post, and the winger slammed a one-timer into the net before Hellebuyck could react.

Eberle added an empty-netter at 18:25 to clinch the victory.

The Jets opened the scoring on an odd-man rush at 10:17 of the first period. Adam Lowry got the puck in the right faceoff circle and sent a pass to the far post that Iafallo redirected into the net.

The Kraken tied it at 15:15 of the first. Kakko set up in front of the net and tipped Jaden Schwartz’s shot past Hellebuyck. Kakko registered his first goal in seven games after returning from a broken hand he sustained in the preseason.

The Jets regained the lead as they caught the Kraken on an awkward line change at 3:18 of the second. Neal Pionk’s stretch pass sent Scheifele in alone on a breakaway, and the center beat Grubauer to the glove side.

The Kraken tied it at 2-2 at 7:27 of the second as Ryan Winterton, who scored in the previous two home games, drove to the net. Hellebuyck made the initial save, but Dunn chipped the rebound over the prone netminder.

The Jets again took the lead on Connor’s power-play goal at 18:50 of the middle period. Connor’s slap shot from the right faceoff circle deflected off defenseman Ryan Lindgren and knuckled past Grubauer.
