LOL: Cloud9 reach upper-bracket final against FlyQuest at 2025 Split 2

Cloud9 swept Team Liquid 3-0 on Sunday in the upper-bracket semifinals in the League of Legends LTA North 2025 Split 2 in Los Angeles.

The upper-bracket final is June 7 against FlyQuest, which swept Shopify Rebellion 3-0 on Saturday in the semifinals.

Cloud9 won in 33 minutes on blue, 28 minutes on red and 33 minutes on red. Cloud9’s Lee “Loki” Sang-min of South Korea was selected as Most Valuable Player of the match.

Following the group stage and one week of cross-group battles, the top six teams advanced to the best-of-five, double-elimination playoffs that run through June 15.

The total prize pool is $160,000, with $80,000 going to the winner and $40,000 to the runner-up. The winner also receives entry into the Mid-Season Invitational and the winner and runner-up qualify for the Esports World Cup.

The lower-bracket quarterfinals feature Team Liquid against Dignitas on May 31, and Shopify Rebellion versus 100 Thieves on June 1.
