OVERWATCH: Avidity put together sweep in NA Stage 1 action

Avidity rolled to a 3-0 victory over Shikigami on Sunday in NA Stage 1 action of the Overwatch Champions Series.

With wins on Nepal (2-0), Esperanca (1-0) and Dorado (2-1), Avidity improved to 3-2 in the standings and bounced back from a 3-0 loss to NTMR on Friday.

The $100,000 tournament, played online, features eight teams. The regular-season round robin will conclude on Feb. 23, with six qualifying teams heading to the double-elimination regional playoffs.

The first-place team will take home $30,000, and the second-place team will make $20,000 — and both will earn berths in the OCS’ Champions Clash.

Spacestation Gaming was also in action on Sunday and defeated Rad Esports 3-1.

NA Stage 1 continues Friday with two matches:

–Rad Esports vs. NTMR
