Kevin Kiermaier hit a three-run homer and an RBI single as the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers edged the St. Louis Cardinals 7-6 Friday.

Gavin Lux and Mookie Betts also homered for the Dodgers, who erased a 4-2 deficit with a five-run sixth inning to win for the sixth time in eight games.

Dodgers starter Justin Wrobleski (1-1) returned from the minors to allow four runs on four hits in five innings. Called up to take the roster spot of Tyler Glasnow (elbow), Wrobleski struck out three and walked two.

Michael Kopech, the fifth Los Angeles reliever, struck out two in a 1-2-3 ninth inning to earn his 10th save.

Paul Goldschmidt hit a two-run homer for the Cardinals, who lost their fifth straight game. Pedro Pages hit a solo homer and an RBI single, and Masyn Winn also hit a solo shot.

Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas (8-10) allowed five runs on seven hits in 5 2/3 innings. He struck out a season-high seven batters and walked none.

Los Angeles took a 2-0 lead in the second inning. Lux led off with his homer off the glove of leaping center fielder Victor Scott II. With one out, Miguel Rojas doubled and scored on Kiermaier’s single.

The Cardinals tied the game 2-2 in their half of the inning. Nolan Arenado drew a leadoff walk, and Goldschmidt followed with his 19th homer.

Winn homered in the third inning, his 10th, to put St. Louis up 3-2.

Pages doubled the lead in the fifth inning with his 462-foot homer to center field, the longest homer at Busch Stadium this season.

The Dodgers surged ahead 7-4 in the sixth inning. Betts hit a leadoff homer, then Lux and Will Smith hit two-out singles to knock Mikolas out of the game.

Reliever Andrew Kittredge allowed Rojas’ RBI single and Kiermaier’s three-run blast.

The Cardinals cut their deficit to 7-6 in their half of the inning. Tommy Pham and Goldschmidt drew walks off Michael Grove before Brendan Donovan and Pages hit RBI singles off Anthony Banda.
