Radek Faksa and Jason Robertson scored 18 seconds apart in the second period to give the visiting Dallas Stars the lead and they pulled away for a 4-1 win against the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday night.

Robertson and Joe Pavelski each had a goal and an assist, Wyatt Johnston also scored and Scott Wedgewood made 26 saves for the Stars, who swept their three-game California trip and have won five in a row overall for the first time this season.

Kevin Fiala scored and Cam Talbot made 31 saves for the Kings, who had won three of four.

The Kings took a 1-0 lead 26 seconds into the game but were blanked the rest of the way.

Dallas defenseman Miro Heiskanen retrieved the puck in his corner net and tried to push it up the wall on the opposite side, but Los Angeles defenseman Drew Doughty pinched on the play and made a centering pass to Fiala for the redirection.

Faksa scored for the second consecutive game to tie it 1-1 at 10:34 of the second.

Ty Dellandrea tried to flip the puck into the Los Angeles zone, but Kings defenseman Jordan Spence slapped the puck back toward the blue line. Dallas forward Craig Smith gloved the puck out of the air and dropped it at his feet before sliding the puck to Faksa on his left and he scored with a one-timer from the high slot.

Robertson scored seconds later to give Dallas a 2-1 lead.

Joe Pavelski brought the puck down the left side and into the Los Angeles zone. He took a shot from the outer edge of the circle and Talbot made the save, but the rebound came into the slot and Robertson was there to fire the puck into the net.

Johnston was the first to a loose puck in the crease while on a power play and he scored to extend the lead to 3-1 at 6:47 of the third period.

Pavelski scored an empty-netter to make it 4-1 with 3:40 left.
