Andre Blake made three saves and the Philadelphia Union battled Pachuca to a 0-0 draw in the first leg of a CONCACAF Champions Cup round-of-16 series on Tuesday night in Chester, Pa.

Blake’s final save came in the center of the box during second-half stoppage time to preserve the tie. The clubs will meet for the second leg of the two-match, total-goal series on March 12 in Pachua, Mexico.

Pachuca outshot Philadelphia 18-5 overall, but both sides managed to put just three on target. Carlos Moreno made three saves for a clean sheet for Pachuca.

Daniel Gazdag had the best chance for the Union in the second half after Moreno made a stop. The rebound rolled to Gazdag as he ran into the box, but his chip shot over the diving goalkeeper went over the bar by mere feet.

Orlando City 0, Tigres UANL 0

Nahuel Guzman made three saves, including a critical stop in second-half stoppage time, as host Orlando and Tigres played to a scoreless draw in the first leg of a CONCACAF Champions Cup second-round series.

Martin Ojeda had a great opportunity to give Orlando City an advantage in the two-match, total-goal series in the second minute of second-half stoppage time, but his left-footed strike went right to Guzman.

Pedro Gallese had to make just one save to pick up the clean sheet for Orlando, which will complete its series against Tigres on March 12 when the clubs meet in San Nicolas de los Garza, Mexico.
