Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton is considered day-to-day with a knee injury and could play Sunday, head coach John Harbaugh said Monday afternoon.

Harbaugh said an earlier report that labeled Hamilton week-to-week with an MCL sprain was not accurate.

“He’ll have a chance to play in this game,” Harbaugh said of Hamilton being on the field for the Week 15 primetime matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

An MRI exam confirmed Hamilton’s MCL injury, which was sustained during Sunday’s 37-31 overtime win against the Los Angeles Rams.

Hamilton, 22, had seven tackles against the Rams. He had the non-contact injury on the final play of the first quarter but returned later in the half. His last play came in the third quarter before he was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

A first-round pick (14th overall) in 2022, Hamilton has started all 13 games for the Ravens (10-3) and has 69 tackles, nine passes defensed, three sacks and two interceptions. He had an 18-yard pick-six against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10.

If Hamilton can’t play on Sunday at Jacksonville (8-5), veteran Daryl Worley is in position to get the start at strong safety.
