Michael Conforto and Patrick Bailey each hit a two-run double in a five-run 10th inning Sunday to give the visiting San Francisco Giants an 8-4 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates and a sweep of their three-game series.

Earlier in the 10th against Yerry De Los Santos (0-1) and with Casey Schmitt on second, Wilmer Flores singled to right. Joc Pederson’s fly to center scored Schmitt to make it 4-3.

J.D. Davis walked, and Conforto doubled to right to drive in Flores and Davis. Mike Yastrzemski was intentionally walked. An out later, Bailey doubled to center for two more runs for the Giants, who have won five straight.

San Francisco starter Alex Wood pitched 3 2/3 innings, allowing one run and five hits, with one strikeout and three walks. Ryan Walker (3-0) pitched a scoreless bottom of the ninth.

Bryan Reynolds and Henry Davis each hit an RBI single and Jared Triolo drove in two runs for the Pirates.

Pittsburgh starter Osvaldo Bido gave up three runs and four hits in 2 2/3 innings, with three strikeouts and two walks.

The Pirates took a 1-0 lead in the second. Triolo singled to center. Two flyouts later, Jason Delay doubled to right. Triolo scored on Reynolds’ infield single.

San Francisco moved ahead in the third. Brett Wisely singled to center, LaMonte Wade Jr. walked and Pederson got hit with a pitch to load the bases.

J.D. Davis singled to right to drive in Wisely, and Wade scored on right fielder Henry Davis’ fielding error to give the Giants a 2-1 lead. An out later, Yastrzemski walked to load the bases again. Luis Matos’ groundout brought home Pederson to make it 3-1.

In the sixth, Henry Davis doubled to right, stole third and scored on Triolo’s groundout to cut it to 3-2.

Against Tyler Rogers in the eighth, Andrew McCutchen, just off the IL, singled to center. Carlos Santana walked and yielded to pinch-runner Josh Palacios. Henry Davis walked to load the bases. Triolo’s sacrifice fly to right drove in McCutchen for a 3-3 tie.

Henry Davis singled home automatic runner McCutchen in the bottom of the 10th for the final run.
