WNBA: Fever waive G Khayla Pointer

The Indiana Fever waived guard Khayla Pointer on Tuesday.

She appeared in 10 games as a rookie with Indiana last season, averaging 2.2 points and 5.8 minutes per game.

The Minnesota Lynx picked her in the second round out of LSU in the 2022 WNBA Draft.

The Fever open the 2023 season on May 19 against the visiting Connecticut Sun.
