NFL: Report: Dolphins land Braxton Berrios on 1-year deal

The Miami Dolphins are signing free agent Braxton Berrios to a one-year deal, ESPN reported Thursday.

Financial terms were not reported.

Berrios officially was released by the New York Jets on Wednesday.

Berrios, 27, was named All-Pro in 2021 after averaging a league-high 30.4 yards per kick return and 13.4 yards per punt return.

He has 107 career receptions for 1,085 yards and five touchdowns in 65 games (five starts) for the Jets.

Berrios was selected in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots, who waived him in August 2019.
