Paul “PaulEhx” Avila is returning to the London Royal Ravens lineup as the Call of Duty team benches Trei “Zer0” Morris.

Dexerto reported that Zer0 made the announcement early Tuesday while streaming.

“Paul will be taking my spot, he’ll be filling for me,” the 25-year-old Brit said. “(Wednesday), I’ll be scrimming and I’ll be streaming.”

PaulEhx previously had been benched in favor of Matthew “Skrapz” Marshall.

The move comes as the Royal Ravens try to find some answers following an unsuccessful Major 1 run, going winless in two games as they won two maps and lost six before elimination. They currently are 0-1 in the Major 2 qualifiers in Boston.

The Royal Ravens will next be in action on Saturday as they face the Los Angeles Thieves.

PaulEhx, a 21-year-old American, has been with the Royal Ravens since October but had two prior stints with the organization. He most recently played for the New York Subliners.

Zer0 joined the London franchise in May 2020 and was off and on with the team before becoming a permanent part of the roster in late 2021. He also previously played with the Subliners as well as FaZe Clan.
